Absolute scam item never arrived sent with fed ex to wrong name and address. They said they would re ship it; it did not arrive . I emailed 4 times and advised I would have to report as a scam on my credit card and the response was, ok have a good day ! Disgusting customer service

They delivered my package to wrong house didn't get those so I wrote them and they reshipped and said they had a trusted carrier this time and guess what the reshipment got delivered again not to my house so I asked for refund and lol they only wanna give me part of my refund back and emailed and said 12 to 25 days and it's been a month n still no refund smfh bad business

This is the parent company for online retailers ‘Kevera London’ who have posted fake five star reviews on trustpilot. Ordered a shirt and 15 days and no shirt, no reply to my five emails. Scammers. Bank busy sorting refund.
