Overall

Overall, it’s a good service, but there are a few areas that could be improved. First, there were too many emails, which became confusing. I understand the intention was to keep customers informed about the progress, but I received a total of five or six emails and don’t always check everything right away. Later, I had to go back and figure out which emails contained the proof, which was time-consuming. The second issue was attention to detail from the artist. Overall, the artist did a great job, but a few very minor details were missed. I had to explain these details through several emails and calls. In the end, everything was done correctly, but it added another week to the process. If the proof could be done right the first time, that would be better. This isn’t a criticism of the artist’s skills, but more a matter of quality control. That said, the final piece is beautiful and worth the price I paid. I’ve since decided to purchase three more pieces from the same artist. I hope the next process will be smoother, with fewer rounds of revisions.

Regarding the number of emails, your feedback is very helpful - we’re currently reviewing how we communicate progress updates so they remain clear and easy to follow without becoming overwhelming. On the quality control side, thank you for framing this so thoughtfully. While we’re glad everything was resolved in the end, we agree that getting the proof right the first time is important. We’d also like to note that describing colors can sometimes be challenging, as color vocabulary is often subjective, and differences in screen or monitor settings can affect how colors appear. That said, your experience highlights an area where we can improve our internal checks and communication to minimize revisions.
