KleenexReviews of kleenex.com

The tissues are good quality in size and performance. However, getting a tissue out of the box requires 2 hands and after pulling one there is no follow-up of another tissue. So, despite liking them - there will be no further purchases unless I can pull one out of the box single-handed.

In recent years the quality of Kleenex tissues has gone right down. Who thought it was a good idea to squeeze more tissues into a smaller box? When first opening one gets about 3 tissues as they stick together, the box is too small. What a waste.

Way too thin now. I switched using Puffs now.

Kleenex 3 ply aloe vera & vitamin e x 95, these used to be thicker and more absorbent and hold together, the last 2 boxes I bought the layers separate as you pull the tissue from the box, they are not absorbent and do not seem to be as soft as they were, I will not be buying again

I can no longer use Kleenex tissues. The vitamin E and Aloe Vera tissues cause immediate runny nose that continues the whole time. I then tried another Kleenex type and it makes my nose run the whole time too. Now the only tissues I can use are Sorbent ones but they seem to be hard to find.

I live in an assisted living facility so I buy Kleenex ultrasoft on Amazon. I’ve ordered eight boxes four times so obviously it really works for me. the only problem is that the last half inch in the box fails to pop up. This is happening in the last five or six boxes. Perhaps if they made the boxes shorter this wouldn’t happen.

I purchased four boxes of Kleenexhankies. Each time I take a tissue out many small pieces of paper fall. I wrote to the company who told me to reply to a no reply email and they would send a voucher for a future purchase. Since it was a no reply email they will not have got my reply. Not well organised or done on purpose so no replacement. Poor service

The 2 PLY 200 20.5 x 19cm tissues are really too thin and break apart when pulling out of the box. I buy Kleenex for quality and these are not.
