Kleenrite consistenly delivers great products that keep my carwash humming. Orders are filled fast and shipped out faster. I've never had a problem with an order and if something wasn't exactly correct, Kleenrite made it right. Very fair prices and excellent customer service. I don't have enough words of praise for this superbly run company. Thank you Kleenrite!!

Immediate response to my inquiry regarding a hard to find pump housing. They verified that the pump brand name changed, and they had one in stock. Immediately was shipped out and arrived the next day. I’ve been doing business with Kleen-Rite for decades and they never disappoint.

Horrible Customer Service I got an error code at check out. I spent the better part of an hour chatting with CS and having a phone conversation with 3 different people. The Chat offered to have a website tech call me, but so I would get the correct person and so I wouldn't have to be on a phone hold. I agreed and gave them my number. Multiple hours later no one called. I rejoin the chat that had timed out getting a different person. They had no record of my previous chat history or a ticket to show I was expecting a call. Basically I had to start over. which I did. after going through all the same "fixes" that were offered before, when I asked if they could look into when I was getting a call, the chat told me to call CS. I told them again I had already talked to 3 people and I was expecting a call, they then disconnect the chat.

Easy to work with

Jeremy in customer service sales is terrible. He always acts like you’re a problem when you call. If he answers I’ll just hang up and call back hopefully somebody else answers.

Our representative John Kaufmann is wonderful to work with. Always is professional and helpful.
