Customer Service was awesome. Very prompt about returning emails. I was concerned with the backorder but they made it right and kept me informed. It was a pleasure to deal with Kismile. The 4 stars is only because the website wasn't upfront about the backorder part.

I recently bought a countertop ice maker and needed some help with it. I emailed Kismile and Lakeisha, the customer service representative, promptly responded. She was quick to provide me feedback and the help I needed. We corresponded back and forth to get the matter fixed. She was very polite. She is an asset to this customer service department and I recommend anyone needing help to ask for her assistance.

100lb ice maker… Order and shipping went as promised. Product has been in use 2 days and is doing a great job. Produces ice every 10 minutes. The advertising claims 33 pounds storage. I would disagree with this. Not an issue for me as I feel ice bags during the day and freeze them. Product working as advertised so far. MK.
