I bought two lights. My grow is just starting but I'm having issues with the KIND Farm as I can't connect the two lights so I can update both at one time. NP, I can connect to both lights separately via their individual IP addresses but ...... Also having issues with temp on one of the lights, it won't display in command center. I called in and customer service said it was my bandwidth but not sure I agree. Another issue is the return policy. They won't ship you a light until they receive yours? They do air freight back but your SOL for 4 - 5 days if you don't have backup. I don't know, seems petty. They could take a deposit for value of light until defect is returned to them or maybe the expectation is grower's need backup lights? One other issue I had was with knob on light used to setup wi-fi and other options. On one light the alpha and # characters we're unrecognizable. It was simple fix but for the money, I expect this to work on arrival. So I'm giving them low rating. If they didn't have live help you can speak with, the rating would be lower. I also think the user manual could be improved with a troubleshooting section to resolve simple issues; e.g., the knob issue mentioned previously. I hope I can return and upgrade my rating once the 1st season is complete. ET

I have used kind lights from the beginning of growing with leds. I got my first four around nine years ago and I mean first. The very very original kind leds and they still only took 370w to power. After growing for so long. Three of my four had one of the ten bulb circles go out. even know they still put out 90% I was thinking of expanding another 6 buckets. I looked at kind and they had a hell of a deal each light was 40% off so I bought another four. The lights I received where the newest version. They're a little thinner a little wider and takes even less wattage 288w! KIND is the BEST 🙂

had a 4yearold 600w still doing well decided to add new kind 600w so far so good 1month of use cant complain love the growth and flowering under kind lights i feel the cost is worth it i crop twice a year indoors very pleased with my success growing with them keep up the good work thankyou very much!! bb

We received the light, We had problems in programming it. We emailed for a return label. The agent offered to send us a new SD card which he felt confident would solve our problem. They shipped us a new SD card. We watched the video how to install. It was easy and it WORKED. Thank you for your help.

Awesome light. Fans are quiet and keep heat output to a minimum. Great light output/coverage for the price.
