Speedy communication and speedy shipping. Well packed and items came in mint condition.

Reasonable price, delivery service was great!!

A really fantastic experience. You can tell the owner really cares about his customers (and is a big bot fan himself). He sent me a personal message thanking me for my purchase and for supporting a small business. Really great store that gets products faster than anyone else around. I'll definitely continue to give them my business.

Fast shipping with reasonable prices and discounts offer. The customer service are excellent with quick respond. Any damage to the products are provided with either full refund or replacement. Really happy buying collectibles from this store and would recommend it to any other collectors

Nothing but good things, kicksgenerationtoys deliver my package in pristine conditions. The Diaclone product that I ordered, is proof of the amazing toy engineering that Taka Tomy is known for.
