Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced. The shipping cost you see is due to the overall size, dimensions, and weight of the part(s) in your order. These factors require extra measures by the carriers to ensure the parts are shipped securely and arrive without damage. These precautions influence the shipping charges applied to your order. We understand how important it is and your feedback is invaluable and will help us improve and better serve our customers in the future. Your feedback is essential for improving our services.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced, and we understand how disappointing this situation must be. We’ve looked into your order, and unfortunately it falls outside our 5-business day return/RMA window. Because of this, we’re unable to process a replacement or return at this time. We know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this may cause.
