Keytours VacationsReviews of keytours.com

We were so impressed w the choice of hotels, and not having to worry about being picked up from the ferry transports. Everything was seemless-no hassle perfection! All we needed to do was enjoy!

Andreas was fabulous we emailed and spoke by phone. He kept on revising till we were satisfied. He was an excellent support and knew just what we needed. We appreciated his expertise and experience. He also has a good sense of humor. Wonderful working with him.

Brooke at Keytours Vacations was amazing to work with! She was so helpful throughout the planning process. Her recommendations and suggestions were very well received, and she responded quickly to any questions or requested itinerary changes. I can't wait to work with her again and would highly recommend her to others. Thanks for an amazing vacation in Spain!

It was seamless. Everything went well except for a couple minor things. Our pick up at the port after our cruise was about 30 minutes late but it was very busy. He was there and visible when he arrived. Our excursion on June 28th of the night in Athens with the Acropolis, on our voucher there were two times 8pm and 630pm. i verified the time with Brooke at Key Tours before i left and she said 8pm was correct. In destination on the afternoon of the 28th i reverified it and he also said 8pm. Well i guess our tour guide was waiting for us at 715. i did get a call to my phone but thought it was spam. I wished he would have texted me or whats apped me. So we lost about 45 minutes of our tour and arrived late to our dinner/show which was awesome. So i guess that needs to be corrected, time of tours in sinc. Other then that it was great as always.

We used Key Tours on our recent vacation to Italy. I worked directly with Esin Soydemir. She was extremely responsive to all our needs. The itinerary she planned, from the transportation (including private car arrangements) to the hotel to the excursions were well thought out. Great hotels and awesome locations. Convenience of planning our trip saved us a lot of hassle. We had an issue with one of our excursions and working with Esin, she even managed to get us a refund. Will definitely be contacting her for future travel!

My clients had an amazing trip in Italy. The transfer where on time. Hotels where wonderful.

I am a travel agent with Oasis Travel Network. I have dealt with Esin Soydemir over the years and she has always taken great care of my clients. A family of 6 has just returned from Italy and said it was a trip of a lifetime. I have received additional referrals from them and got in touch in Esin immediately. She replies in a timely manner and takes care of details. In this day and age of tour operators not getting back promptly this is a wonderful quality. Will continue to support Keytours and Esin

Hello, I've done business with Key Tours for many years as a Travel Consultant. This time, my contact at Key was Brooke Henthorn. She understood the requirements for my clients and was able to pull together some very specific requests. They were excellent. Brooke was very responsive to all of my requests and my clients were most pleased. Job well done!!!!!
