ho appena preso microsoft office, e ho avuto dei problemi nell'installazione, l'assistenza mi ha aiutato nonostante il problema non fosse colpa loro ma del mio pc, sono stati davvero gentilissimi e pazienti. Non capisco come ci siano tanti commenti negativi sull'assistenza, mi hanno guidato per quasi 2 ore per risolvere un problema che non era nemmeno loro, Grazie mille 5 stelle davvero meritatissime

It took a while to get an e-mail with username and password. Then you realise you cannot download the license with your Microsoft e-mail. This is a cam that somehow generates keys. In addition, instead of Office 365 Professional Plus I got academic key. They tell you that you need to ask them if you want key for Professional, which I did and never got the answer. I am sure that the price you pay is not one off as they claim, others have complained that they get bloked after 7-8 months and need to pay again.
