KeysenderReviews of keysender.com

I have experienced ongoing issues with this service that I feel compelled to document publicly. The FAQ page has been non-functional for multiple weeks, and no update or workaround has been communicated. Support replies are irregular at best—my most recent inquiry has gone unanswered for over two weeks. For businesses relying on this service, this kind of inconsistency is not merely inconvenient—it has a tangible negative impact on operations. I hope the provider addresses these systemic issues promptly.

Keysender was fantastic, simple, easy to learn. Fast contact with the owner, fast fixes if something went wrong. Just perfect. Some month ago, he sold it.... after that everything went down. They try to put in more and more useless features with the cost of stability and bugs! There are so many countless bugs, i gave up to contact the support about that. Oh Yeah, the support.... every single mail from them is like "Oh yeah its not our fault, it has to be something with ebay" Days later there is a message in Keysender "oh yeah on of our updates casued massive problems" Oh really? Today and the last days it is completly useless anymore. Because of another useless update they f.... up the whole system. So right now the only thing this platform has to do "import->send key" is not working at all. You have to manually insert every single order.... "Oh your car is not working, no problem!! You can push it by hand" Thats what they mailed to there customers..... ridiculous! Stay away.

No live customer support , No more platform inbox! bad experience! still searching an alternative

Keysender is actually a GREAT solution for anyone wanting to sell digital products on ebay. It is VERY easy to use, very reliable and honestly fairly priced. I also like the fact that I have been using them for over 5 years now, it is very reassuring to know they are around for the long term. Using keysender means my ebay store is VERY large with more than 20000 products, but no physical inventory. Keysender is the ONLY reason i am able to run such a large store by myself and i cannot recommend it enough.

Keysender has significantly streamlined my digital product management, especially with its automated distribution of digital license keys. This feature alone has saved countless hours previously spent on manual processes. Its efficient inventory management system and seamless integration with e-commerce platforms have greatly simplified operations. Additionally, the insightful analytics derived from user data have enhanced my sales strategies and customer relationships. The platform's robust security measures for protecting digital keys and customer data are also commendable. Overall, Keysender is a vital tool that has transformed my business efficiency.

I tried multiple service for ebay key delivery and every one of them had one main issue. They were slow to react upon a purchase and took in cases multiple hour to delivery the purchased key. With keysender it takes less than a minute. I have been using it for almost a year never had a bad experience with it.
