I ordered K-cups but failed to notice that my shipping address was my old address until the next morning. I called to either cancel the order or change the shipping address. I immediately reached out to C.S. and spoke with an ESL representative who told me nothing could be done that the order had already shipped even though my Email said it had not. She claimed you have to cancel or change orders within 30 minutes of it being placed. I reached out to the company via Email to register my complaint about this practice. Today I was pleasantly surprised to see that the company is sending me a new order to my correct address free of charge. Even though it is a one time exception, I feel that the company stands behind their name. This was the only time I had an issue with Keurig. It was my fault for not recognizing the shipping address until it was too late. To me this is great customer service.

Keurig supreme stopped working. Called CS. Verified unit was still under warranty. Sent screen shot of proof of purchase. No reply. Called back 4 day later. CS could not read purchase price on screenshot. Sent new screenshot. CS still could not read price (blurry). Sent screenshot of only price. Now name, address, and model are blurry. CS requested that I send new screenshot. Finally just gave up.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Thank goodness I ordered this machine from Amazon. I ordered this coffee machine approximately 1 month ago from Amazon. The plug was defective. I called Keurig and after sending the requested info, they informed me that they would not honour the 1 year warranty . When I called them they would not give me a reason why. I called Amazon, they took care of it and will be issuing a refund.

Received a new K-slim Keurig as a gift on April 5th of this year. Brewed fewer than 30 cups of coffee with it when it stopped working. Strong smell of "burnt" electrical components and then dead. Called customer service who refused to replace it because I won't ask my friend for a receipt. I have proof of the pods I bought on April 6th, but they won't accept that. "Supervisor" was worse than the first CR rep- just kept trying to sell me something. Their product is clearly defective, and under warranty, but they refuse to honor that. Horrible experience!

I have purchased three different models of Keurig. None of worked for more than a year. The carafe only lasted the longest, one year. The two Duo brews lasted 8 months and 5 months . Just not worth the money. I received no refund or replacement. I will not buy this brand again

My issue was with a return of one box of coffee pods. It was an act of congress to get anything done. I had purchased the same coffee pods many times and I basically got a bad batch. I was also doing auto delivery and had no previous issues. You wouldn't believe what they put me through to get a refund for just the one box. Then I found out after jumping through hoops that the free box they gave me a coupon for was the refund, which I thought was a nice gesture for all my troubles. Pathetic! They need to look at Chewy or Chick fil a to work on their customer service. What a pain, and they obviously lost a customer who would have been loyal.

They offer a deal, but only if you subcribe. Classic bait and switch tactics.

I cannot say enough about the way the Keurig customer service team handled my situation. It started with the first phone call I made and proceeded from there. Every single person I talked to was extremely polite and more than happy to help. My Kcup mini coffee maker stopped working just prior to a year. I was asked several questions and given a few trouble shooting ideas to try and after that did not work they simply asked me to send a short note with my receipt and case number and informed me a new Kcup mini would be sent to me asap. Customer service is so important to me and I wanted to reach out and say how pleased I am with the service I received.
