Keepkey doesn't send coins to any destination. It trys. It prepares. But it never does complete a transaction. It says it's preparing but it gets stuck on that. Contacting support doesn't seem to help as after 3 days no reply from them. I deleted the chrome extention and installed it again. This did not work. The cable is lose and has a short. I know support will probably say that my problem is the short but if I can log in and I can prepare for a transaction then this is not the problem. Keepkeys customer service has been going down hill since the take over by shapeshift.

There was a bug in our beta release that was fixed a few days ago. Please reply with your ticket number so that your support request can be reviewed and escalated to the right person.
