Oliver has been very warm, informative and supportive to me. He regularly follows up on my assignments and patiently walks me through them. My project manager, Mary Grace, has been excellent at following up and keeping me informed about the progress of my book. She is very thorough, consistently updating me on social media posts and setting clear expectations. I was initially told that Erica Jones would be my contact, but she never reached out to check in, hence my rating. In contrast, Mary Grace has been fantastic to work with, and I look forward to seeing the results of our efforts. Thank you, Mary Grace!

Hazel Carter did a good job of staying on top of things. I found her very helpful. The only problem I had was, sometimes, our phone conversations were challenging because of background noise. I’m not the best at using technology, but Hazel helped me manage that minefield.

working with Mary Grace is very good, but some of the posts on Facebook were only average. The meta-description about author, Ken Embers was great. I hope to see it on Facebook with the link to my website LuckyStarLibrary.com. Mary said she would be able to have this done. Working with her is great.
