I placed my order on 5/13/2022; I received my first update on 5/18/2022. This is NOT the service I expected from an on line order. I finally received my order on 5/25/2022. My order was NOT left at my front door as indicated on the FedEx tracking site. It was left at the main office. Totally disappointed in this whole process.

Poor attitude from your customer service whoever he is, did not give a name. But he refused to refund product that I purchased. Eventhough the return policy says, the a product can be returned if not what expected.

We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Invoice with Staples logo in shipping box stated $16.49, my credit card charge was $17.99. Whats up with that.
