Kbauthority wasn’t my first choice based on the price shown up when I search, not by much. However, I chose it because the offered the payment type I would like to use. To my surprise, the ordering process was quick and the product came quick as well, with the exact brand as advertised and fit my Toto toilet installation as expected. Buyer beware— horrible experience. They sent me a bathroom vanity with a broken backsplash. It took over a month for them to get back to me and finally send a replacement BUT they charged me over $250 for shipping. When the backsplash arrived it was broken in 4 pieces. It has been a month of emailing the company and they still haven’t agreed to refund my shipping cost or send another backsplash. I will never purchase from the company again.

I found what I wanted. Was able to shop for and purchase a faucet that no other websites even showed. Arrived on time, good quality.
