Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and understand how upsetting it is to deal with delivery issues, especially on a project as important as a new tub installation. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. A damaged first delivery followed by missing components on the replacement is unacceptable, and we fully understand why this would leave you feeling frustrated. We take concerns like this seriously, and lack of communication is not how we want any issue to be handled. There are cases where replacement parts and freight claims require coordination with the manufacturer and the carrier, which can cause delays. That said, we recognize that clear, timely communication should always be maintained, and we apologize if that did not happen here. We want to help move this toward a resolution. Please reach out to our customer service team directly at [email protected] with your order number, or request escalation to a supervisor, so we can review the status and work toward completing your order. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret the experience you’ve had.

Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your toilets arrived quickly and that the delivery experience was positive. While we’re sorry for the initial mix-up with the bidet seats, we’re glad our customer service team was able to resolve it quickly and smoothly for you. Fast communication and taking care of issues the right way are very important to us, so it means a lot to hear that this was one of the smoothest customer service experiences you’ve had. Thank you for your patience, your kind words, and for the recommendation. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to helping you again in the future.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and we’d like to clarify the situation. Your price match request was submitted after the item had already been delivered. Had the request come in prior to shipment, we would have had more leverage to adjust the order in line with pricing at that time. Unfortunately, by the time your request was made, supplier costs had increased due to tariffs and the pricing program had changed, leaving us unable to match the lower prices you found. That said, we still offered a 5% discount as a goodwill gesture. We regret that our communication did not meet your expectations and understand how this caused frustration. Please know we are reviewing our processes to ensure our policies and responses are clearer going forward.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this wonderful review! We're absolutely thrilled to hear that your entire experience was so positive from start to finish. It's great to know that our ordering process was straightforward for you - we work hard to make sure customers can easily find exactly what they need without any hassle. Thank you so much for this fantastic review! We're absolutely delighted that we could help you find exactly what you needed for your client's kitchen project. We know how frustrating it can be to search for accessories for discontinued items, especially when you're working with a client who has their heart set on something specific. It's one of the things we take pride in - maintaining inventory of hard-to-find items and accessories for top brands like Franke, even after they've been discontinued. We understand that sometimes the perfect piece for a project isn't always the newest model on the market. We're so pleased your client is happy with the accessory and that it arrived promptly and in perfect condition. There's nothing better than knowing we've helped complete a kitchen project successfully and made both the professional and their client satisfied with the result. Thank you for trusting KBauthority.com for your specialized needs, and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Reviews like yours help other designers and contractors know they can count on us for those challenging-to-find items. We look forward to helping you with future projects!
