this is second order that went wrong, both times was told my fault, ordered hardwired towel warmer and received plug in model follow up was terrible you would think no matter what they would send right part

Received the product very quickly and it fit and works perfectly! A month later and still working flawless. It was a huge relief to be able to find a replacement rather than having to replace my entire shower door!

Great experience! I ordered two Toto toilets and it arrived 4 days later. However one of the toilet tanks cracked and KBA immediately expedited another one for me that arrived a day later. The phone customer service was great and they sorted everything out and I did not have to return the defective product.

My Insinkerator CWT100 Water chiller failed and I needed a replacement. Kitchen & Bath Authority had the best prices and shipped the chiller quickly. I found it easy to install under the sink with a few hand tools. It works perfectly.
