Not only is Daniel a pleasure to be around he is very good at what he does. He fixed our desktop when it crashed and linked up, via wi-fi, a very temperamental printer. Daniel also upgraded the ram in my laptop so it could keep up with my growing business. He even was able to help us get internet hooked up in 5 locations. Truthfully, I could go on and on. Even when I have a 'dumb' question Daniel has been there to help!

Daniel got my call for help and pull off the road to assist me with my computer problem. I had to figure out how to generate a document. Daniel took remote control in my computer and did his magic. I totally trust Daniel to access my computer. He did not stop until he solved the problem and then he made sure I knew how to generate the documents for the pictures he rescued from a zip file. He was his usual concerned skilled person and did not hang up until I understood how to generate the documents that I needed. He is very knowledgeable to say the least, and he is caring in assisting me. I relaxed as I know from past experiences that Daniel will solve the problem and give me the help I need to move forward. I highly recommend Daniel because he is skilled and he guinely cares.

Helpful and went beyond the call of duty when we were really in a bind

Daniel's awesome, I run a business and switched internet providers. Ran into some technical problems that Daniel fixed quickly and professionally at a fair price. The experience could not have gone any better.

I've never before had an internet service provider call to have me run a speed test from my PC to make sure I was getting what was promised. Until now. Very happy with his service, from the day I got the keys to my house, he was here before me to install, he continues to provide an excellent service.
