I am still learning. A lot of the parts are not very intuitive for me. I have to ask for help frequently.

I love the potential, but I’ve spent thousands of dollars and have not recouped it using this platform yet. It was not intuitive and so many things depended on something else. The new work up is really more of the same. Those who work in it regularly and the logic that someone thought would be resolved by the new format is Not intuitive for someone who literally just figured out how to use the old one. Frustrating. I appreciate all the trainings that are provided, but a site map that I could search and work flows written in lists would be helpful so that all the “first” things that must be done before I can do the sequence or uploading everything or even the nomenclature best practices would make this platform better. and giving ready made templates are not truly helpful as you still have to know the order of things. I will stay on the platform until I make my money back. Ive gotten better, but still not able to fully use the tool. I've been here for years. I appreciate the support. The techs are amazing. but the time it takes to get my questions answered and implemented is too long, still. Finally, i do not understand why you cannot make a CRM function.

Often it will lag with saving or syncing changes especially in the membership area. Can sometimes be clunky. Would be good when uploading video to be able to automatically include splash image. Cart handling more than one product would make it a more ideal one-stop website.

kartra is a great program, from my experience, it would be so helpful if it were more user friendly

It's "OK". Initially, I was excited to use the software, but it became to confusing and challenging. Now I'm learning to maintain the software I dont care for it as much. I would suggest making it user-friendly for non-IT business owners.

Your platform is too expensive I find and too complicated to use. It is robust and your customer service was great but I didn't really enjoy working with it.
