I had been putting off purchasing new shoes anticipating a trip to Austin but decided to order online. I’m very satisfied with the ease of placing an order and the fact that it only took two days to arrive. I also like my “Made in the USA” 990s. This the third pair of shoes I’ve ordered or purchased from Karavel and won’t shop anywhere else for sneakers.

Was looking for a pair of court shoes - first time wearing this type of shoe. I ordered a pair based on measurements that I use for running shoes. Turned out the court shoes were too short. I asked for a return and refund - no problems.

Quick process and good feeling to do business locally in Austin even though I was out of town.
