Quick Delivery. The Keen Uneek sandals arrived in perfect. The sandals in a brown color were hard to find, but Karavel had them and in my size. The price was on par with what other sites were selling the item (but in a different color). I would recommend them to a friend and shop there again.

ordering online was easy, but they didn't have it in stock(even though the site said in stock) and basically lost my order. I had to call the store only to find they hadn't received my order and they couldn't find the shoes. If they're going to play the online/pick up game, they need to button it up a little. that being said, their brick and mortar store on burnet is awesome.

I ordered shoes online, the order was accepted and a shipping email received. Then I received an email saying the shoes were no longer available at that price. ): Even if a price is a mistake, I have never had a retailer not offer the online price for someone who has bought the item. Their communication with me was very curt and not very understanding.
