Ring shopping was such a great experience, with the best selection, amazing prices, and the added bonus of supporting a locally owned business. Elle was absolutely amazing—so helpful, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with! She made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. They have so many beautiful rings. Very helpful and we found the perfect ring after a lot of looking at a lot of other places. We even purchased a ring somewhere and someone recommended to stop here before we finalized and ended up returning the other ring to purchase my dream ring from this store. Very communicative, ring was deliverers earlier than expected and I am in love with my beautiful anniversary present, an upgraded ring and diamond.

I've been a Karat's customer for a long time and they are ALWAYS the most friendly and helpful staff I've experienced at a Jewelry store. My family has been in the Jewelry business for over 30 years and I will only shop at Karat's. Their selection is unmatched, particularly if you are a watch person. And if they don't' have what you're looking for in store, they will literally travel the world to find exactly what you are looking for. I just purchased 3 watches from them this past month and it was done communicating with the owner while he was at Watches and Wonders in Switzerland! I trust the entire team and will never shop anywhere else!
