I have been searching for a channel set tennis necklace for years and found the one I had been searching for on Karaters.com. I wanted to make some customizations to the piece and reached out to customer service and was connected with Jessica. She was terrific. Answered all my questions, provided me with pricing and was very helpful in communicating with me during the process of my necklace being created. I received it today and it is stunning. I am so happy with my experience and my purchase with Karaters (and Jessica). You have made a customer for life.

After finding Karaters through some online forums, I reached out by email and Jessica was quick to respond to answer all my questions even late night on a weekend. She made the whole process super easy. Shipping was quick and made for an excellent surprise for my fiancé. Would absolutely recommend everything about the experience.
