Have worked with several companies over the years for business funding and Kapitus has been one of the best. Chris Loparco helped make the progress of getting the funds I needed easy, quick and at term that where very fair. He also has several options for me to choose which was best for our company. My experience with Kapitus was very smooth and educational. I appreciate Terrance Livingston, he was helpful and patient. When I said it was a bad time to talk he wasn’t pushy, but followed up as I requested and helped me to start the process. From there I dealt with Ron Klayman. He was very respectful, patient, and educational as he helped me to understand how I could benefit long term from the funding provided, which by the way was in my account in a very timely manner, less than 24 hours after I provided the documentation requested. I would highly recommend workin with Kapitus and will do so again myself in the future.

I got sick had to close bussiness they agreed to payments then changed mind after they asked for documentation that violated hippa that's against the law stay away from kaptis. Update today they withdrew money out of my account even they they said no to the discounted payments unless I give them info that they can't ask for because of hippa if anyone else has a problems like this let me know maybe we can file a class action lawsuit
