Kansas City SteakReviews of kansascitysteaks.com

I was looking for a special gift for my dad's birthday and Kansas City Steaks totally delivered! I got a huge amount of high quality steaks and other proteins for such a low price - they had an amazing offer available which was so nice. Service was great and the order got to us right on time. My dad loved everything we got and was delighted with the delicious butter. Would recommend to anyone.

This my second order with Kansas City Steaks Wasn't happy with a few items and they were nice enough to give me credit but I am tired of complaining. I just can't seem to get a tender Steak from them. I think I'm done with them. I might have better luck in my nearby supermarket at a cheaper price. Good bye Kansas City Steaks.

Kansas City Steak Company is Excellent Meat ordering service that get me what I wanted when I needed Steak and everything else when I get the urge to shop

placed 4 orders over $800 before Christmas. One order my client received arrived with baked potatoes instead of the lobster tails I ordered. I called customer service, waited on hold for over 40 minutes, had another 15 minute conversation explaining what happened. They acknowledged their error and said they would resend immediately . My client never received the lobster and I did not receive a credit, over $100. Total waste of my time and $$. They never resolved the issue. I ate a crab cake that I ordered for myself, I got so sick immediately after eating. I read good reviews about this company although they obviously the quality of food and service has gone downhill. My food was not edible, customer service was rude and not willing to resolve my problem. Horrible experience. I ordered from Omaha Steaks, so far so good. I will never order from Kansas City or recommend them after my terrible experience.

Customer service is kind and helpful. My brother was delighted with the quality of the prime rib I gifted him for the New Year. Thank you.

We received a 3.5lbs prime rib as a Christmas gift we never had from this company before, but it was so salty we couldn't eat it , bad experience.

These steaks are outrageously expensive. 4-8oz tenderloins for $179. That comes out to approximately $89 dollars per pound? I can buy 4 - 8 oz of the most expensive cuts at butcher shop and still have a $100 left over

Treated me horrible because they sent me the wrong things and didn't send everything correctly I simply asked for a box to return items and they said no. So I'll be calling again tomorrow to just try and get my money back and send everything back in. I don't want anything for free but I would like what I ordered
