Ordering process went smoothly

Ordered 2 commercial benches. Both had some missing bushings. Not a big deal, but both also had damaged back pads. The packaging needs to be improved, something is cutting them in the same spot. Still not a big deal. Issue is I sent pictures immediately requesting new pads. It has been almost 2 weeks and still no pads. Last correspondence indicated they were still investigating and I haven't seen a shipping notification for the warranty parts.

I would highly recommend this company. They helped me every step of the way from finding the part I needed for my Elliptical to providing step by step assembly guidelines.
