Dealing with Liliana has been a great experience from a customer service perspective. I didn't place a large order, just a few replacement parts to refurbish some old dumbbells, and the customer experience was still incredibly positive. Great experience.

Great customer service. I ordered two pairs of pulley separators, but only one ship. I called them up and they shipped the second one right out. I’ve been buying parts ( pulleys, grips, end caps) and cable attachments from Kam parts for a couple of years now and highly recommend them.
