I apologize you feel this way. Unfortunately with imported products there are no updates in between as the products do have to ship via ocean container and do not have a tracking system like ground shipping within the states. So we have no way of knowing what is going on in between. This is why we provide an estimate on the site of at least 14 weeks for the part to arrive from Japan and then ship. We also did email you about the ETA in April that it would be taking at least 14 weeks to ship. The product eventually did ship the following week after the 14 week mark due to delays at the port. In the future, please email [email protected] if you have any questions in regards to special order products from Japan.

Jesus, I'm sorry you feel this way about our pricing. We do abide by manufacturer's map policy in order to be part of their dealer network. Unfortunately some shops either have old pricing or are not part of the dealer network which reflects on their price. Please know we do price match and if pricing if ever a concern, please contact our support team at [email protected]. If you send us an email with the price you're comparing us to, we can work out the difference via a gift card. Thank you!

Thank you for your review, Mychael White. The email notification are automatically sent by our system by the 5th business day to ensure the package arrived to you or will be arriving to you. This is to ensure nothing went wrong along the way as we have no control over the shipping companies. Since you place your order on a Sunday, the earliest we could have shipped your product was the following business day (Monday). Unlike large corporations, like Amazon, we do have to rely on companies like UPS/FedEx/USPS to ship our packages out. Which puts us at their mercy on shipping variations, which we have no control over. As these companies are currently experience the occasional delay due to the supply chain crisis, some items are now taking between 3-6 business days to deliver. We apologize about that. The last email we received from you was 3/24 at 10:41pm EST (after hours) and we replied back within 24 hours. Please send your inquiry to [email protected]. As a side note, any tracking number emails or payment receipt emails are not handled by our team, but by an automatic email systems sent out by our third party merchants that provide that information to you, so if a reply was sent to those they will not be seen by anyone.
