its hard to understand whats going on in the app

Agent’s very good. customer service was great and the shipping was okay. I chose the quickest shipping option and it still took 3 weeks for some reason but other than that everything else was good

Honest I’d give Kakobuy 3/5 stars. The service itself is okay, but the $40 shipping cost wasn’t made clear beforehand. Also, if you refund your order, you only get 80% of your money back and it takes around a whole week to receive the refund. Definitely check all the costs before buying

Ik vindt de bezorgsdienst heel snel maar het is wel nogwa duur ma het valt net nog mee. De customer service was altijd snel en betrouwbaar met hun antwoorden. De kwaliteits fotos waren ook goed en snel .
