Received the pan with its cover. However, the certification regarding its titanium construction was not included. Other than that, the pan performs as claimed in the advertisement. I hope it will last for many years—perhaps even a lifetime!

A bit of a problem with a delayed order, and pan gone missing. HOWEVER Jasper at Kaizen was on to it, and speedily resolved the situation. Great service and communication, and a Wonderful pan.

The pan cooks well and love that it does not leach chemicals but there was no info about the pan and cleaning it so my meat stuck to the pan (thought it was like a non-stick) and cleaning it too so time as I had to research about the pan, which I found out that it needs to cool down before cleaning and of course only sponge - i finally got it clean
