About Kaiweets Tools

We are a group of young Engineers sharing the same interest in affordable and superior quality electrical testing tools and DIY accessories. For this friendship, we decided to travel the world, including the U.S., Europe, the U.K, and Asia, searching for reliable electrical testing tools and DIY accessories that were affordable, smarter, eco-friendly, and easy to use. However, in our quest, we discovered that it was no easy task. And for this reason, we created KAIWEETS in 2018 to solve this challenge and become a game-changer by providing young families and engineers with high-quality electrical testing tools at a remarkably affordable price.

They ship through Amazon

The meter is great. I would never use it for high accuracy measurements, but for what I need, it's ideal. That said they ship through Amazon. I hate Amazon and refuse to do business with them (think boycott). A lot of people feel the same. You should clearly disclose your business relationship with Amazon before finalizing orders. I was tempted to send the product back simply because of the use of Amazon. I avoided others because they would come from Amazon. And bought from you specifically because I was trying to avoid them.

Thank you very much for your honest feedback and for taking the time to share your thoughts in such detail. We are genuinely glad to hear that the meter meets your needs and is a good fit for your intended use, even if it is not meant for high-precision measurements. At the same time, we truly respect your concerns regarding Amazon. We understand that some customers prefer to avoid certain platforms for personal reasons, and we appreciate you explaining your perspective so clearly. Transparency is important, and your comment is very valuable for us. Just to clarify, some of our products are fulfilled through Amazon logistics in certain regions in order to ensure faster and more reliable delivery. However, we also sell through our independent channels, and we will take your feedback seriously when reviewing how we communicate fulfillment methods more clearly in the future. We are especially sorry to hear that this aspect nearly affected your decision to keep the product. That is definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We truly appreciate your trust in choosing our product despite these concerns, and we hope the performance of the device will continue to meet your expectations in practice. If you ever have any questions or need support, we are always here to help. Thank you again for your honest input — it helps us improve. Best regards,
