Extremely long shipping .. order paid on 11th December 2021 and package arrived 24th January 2022 (44 days). Furthermore, it is not a real doormat where you can clean your shoes, but a printed polyester rectangle. Paid $ 34.95, I see that it is now at $ 49.95, definitely not worth it.

I made an order 3 weeks ago and have written several emails now requesting an update on when I will expect to receive my order. No reply at all to my emails. I am extremely disappointed in this company. If I do not at least get an update or response I will proceed to small claims court. This is ridiculous that they will not even answer me or give me an update.

I recently received a door mat with my 3 pets on it and I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out! Have gotten so many compliments and people asking where we got it from! Great product! Took a little long to ship to us but overall worth the wait!
