ID himechan 引き出しについては以前は早い引き出しが出来ていたのに、現在は引き出しが遅すぎます。 カスタマーサービスでは話が伝わらず解決しません。 以前は星５でした。

Based on my experience with K8 for over 2-3 years, it used to be an enjoyable platform with exciting events that were inclusive and accessible to all players. The casino fostered a welcoming environment, making every player feel valued. However, starting in 2024, things took a disappointing turn. The platform has seemingly become discriminatory, with almost all events exclusively tailored for Japanese users, leaving the broader player base feeling excluded. Adding to this, the promotional department appears unresponsive to player feedback and suggestions, ignoring valuable insights that could enhance the overall experience. On top of that, the support team, which was once reliable and efficient, has become disingenuous—sometimes providing misleading information just to expedite concern escalations. K8 was once a stellar casino, known for its inclusivity, fairness, and dedication to player satisfaction. Unfortunately, after gaining popularity, it seems the platform has shifted its priorities, neglecting the very elements that made it a trusted name in the industry. johnivan0
