Ordered two very small parts. Delivery time has been much longer than I expected. One part was delivered in six days, and came in a huge box. The other part remains in transit from overseas. If the parts work, as I hope they will, the product experience will be worth the wait.

Lights look great and I really like the look they give the car but I am pretty dissatisfied with the fact that one of them came with a error and I tried it even with the car on the left side just has the red leds on all the time and having other colors such as blue or white make it look bad or not even the color at all

Shipping times were kind of ridiculous. I ordered the visors on July 12th and didn’t receive them until August 18th (the website stated a 2-5 day ship time, I was later told they were made to order and they were delayed multiple times). The quality of the suede is good although it is fairly loose on the visor. The quality of the visor itself self is honestly sub par for a $250 price tag. The glass for the mirrors is fogged/ weathered and the plastic bits look like they were coming apart but put back together misaligned and in a hurry with glue.

Received an email asking how my order went. Haven’t received my order. Been over a week. So can’t really say how my order went when I haven’t even received it. So who knows its condition?

Placed order on 7/26/26 with a stated delivery date of 8/6. Have yet to receive as of 8/13/26.

Received a front lip from this company for my 02 Jetta. The front lip came damaged which I sent pictures in before it was fixed and painted. I didnt open the box and send it in for paint until winter was over and done with. It was 4 months later so I was told they can’t do anything about. Lesson to check the box when it arrives. I’m still upset they sent me something damaged. The box was in perfect condition when it arrived as well so it wasn’t damaged in transport.

My experience with K2 has not been a positive one so far. The item did show up in about the timeframe I would have expected, but the communication from K2 was not clear and a bit confusing. I got the "shipped" notification the day after I had already received the product. Prior to purchasing from K2, I've purchased 3 different headlights models from Amazon, all of which I've returned due to some sort of malfunction. So, I thought I would buy from an actual speciality site (like K2), someone who offers a warranty. After getting my new headlights installed, the turn signals aren't functioning properly and the fitment is not the best I've ever seen (see in the photos). I've reached out to support, but they are slow to respond and don't even try calling their phone number. No one answers, voicemail box is full. It's been over 24 hours since I responded to their last email asking for more details, and still nothing. My intention to buy more from K2 has pretty much gone out the window.

Quick delivery, 2 passengers side skirts. Need driver side. We didn’t notice until it was one the car. No option for just the driver side
