Actually, I think JWPlayer might be the best player out there. The API features and customization are hard to beat. The problem? Their sales team. I sent TWO email requests on two official forms to gain info on the paid plan so I could upgrade. No response to both e-mails. Then a random account executive added me on LinkedIn. I don't need to network with your employees on LinkedIn, I just want to pay for your product. What is wrong with this company??? Leaving one star because their player is amazing but it's useless if you can't use it...

Pricing is totally intransparent and unintuitive. Support not available unless you already paid for a year (!). FAQs not helpful. You have to dig in the Terms of Service to get a better understanding of the pricing. There, you'll also learn that basic features to implement the player on your site aren't available even if you just paid them $120. Avoid!!
