Rene was provided directions on how to cancel the recurring product directly in their Paypal account. Unfortunately, as we are a marketplace who does not collect payment for products, we cannot process a refund for products we were never paid on. We sent the step-by-step directions, to which Rene refuses to follow and continues to ask us, a third party, to cancel the recurring payments. We cannot help Rene if Rene will not follow the simple directions provided that can be performed directly in their own Paypal account in less than 1 minute.

JVZoo assisted Greg in gaining his refund from Stock Haven and while he updated his review to us privately stating "it was a mistake" he has unfortunately not updated the public review.

After communication with this user, our public response is as follows: Ethics matter to JVZoo as well. Which is why we ensure all products are compliant with all laws, the product is there and says what it is advertised to do (which it did), and that all guarantees and refunds are honored (which they were). No rotten fruit was sold at our store - you stated you bought a product that you felt pressure to buy because you were notified on the sales page when the price would increase - which we consider not only ethical but prudent as then no one can say they missed out on the deal (and is compliant with the FTC.) You paid less than $40 for a product, were unsatisfied and immediately refunded. We are sorry we don't see eye to eye on this and that you would compare us to a store that intentionally sales rotten food. The product worked as advertised and you were fully refunded when you requested a refund - the product, the vendor, and JVZoo could not be any more transparent here in our opinion. The sales page was upfront and you felt pressure to buy before the price went up. Then when unsatisfied, you were given a full refund, yet you want to negatively impact our business as a marketplace rather providing feedback and rating the product where allowed inside our marketplace for other potential consumers to see your feedback on the product. We are happy you received a full refund and sorry you feel the need to attack us publicly. ***We advise all consumers to READ the sales page before you buy and if you purchase when a countdown timer is on the page alerting you of when the price will increase, understand that you don't have to feel pressure, you will simply have to pay more when the timer expires. ***

Hi Dima. It's very easy to know who is behind JVZoo - simply check out our About page and read the bios of the executive team. We want our users to know us! That being said - we are a marketplace. We are not the merchant of record nor the products creator. This is why on EVERY receipt the support link for the product you purchased is included. JVZoo support is for any issues with our marketplace or portal, and as always, we step in as often as possible to assist consumers in communicating with the product owner. If a resolution cannot be reached, you, as the consumer may always work directly with Paypal or your Credit Card company (whichever you used to purchase a product) to gain a refund. JVZoo cannot force the refund, as again, we aren't the Merchant of Record and did not collect payment. All of this, you were provided and informed of on your first support ticket opened on May 27th where you were also provided the direct contact information for the support desk of the product you purchased to save you time and prevent you for having to locate your receipt or login to the customer portal for the appropriate help desk information. We also informed you the steps to receive a refund if you couldn't reach resolution with the help desk. If you do not take the appropriate steps of contacting Paypal, we cannot further assist.

Thanks for the updated star rating, Mark. For those following, we assisted Mark in finding his JVZoo account (which was still active) and discussed how he could gain a refund as JVZoo does not collect payment from the user.
