I wish I had never signed up with JvZoo…
I wish I had never signed up with JvZoo all these programs they sell are not quick and easy to set up. I put in a complaint to customer service and they then automatically cancelled all my products, so I contacted them again to say if you cancelled my purchases where is my refund? Of course I never got a response to that, so i strongly suggest you give them a miss because the initial set-up required is nothing like whats promoted in the the pre sales videos. I think I've been scammed so be aware..

Response from JVZoo· May 4, 2026
Hi Mark, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand why this would be frustrating. First, we want to clarify that JVZoo does not create the products sold on our platform—independent vendors do. That said, we do expect them to provide proper support. We encourage users to contact vendors for product-specific support, but if they fail to respond, our team will step in to ensure you’re treated fairly. Regarding your account, it sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding during the review of your complaint. In some cases, access to products is removed when refunds are processed or initiated—but you should absolutely receive confirmation and clarity around that. A lack of response is not the experience we want you to have. We’d like to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your account email and any previous ticket details so we can review what happened, confirm the status of your refunds, and assist you further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we’re here to help resolve it.
