No one has really helped me out with my purchases. They just send generic emails. So frustrating. I should have never trusted anybody here. One star but you all don't deserve it.

I’m not a techy person and didn’t realize when I made my purchase, what would be involved. When I read instructions and understood nothing, I attempted to request a refund. Upon my third request I was finally acknowledged and issued my refund.
