I had a concern regarding the pricing, packages, etc. They responded within minutes. Best customer service ever. I requested a refund for a particular product, and they refunded the amount. No questions asked. Gonna love working with this company Thanks.

The refund team has been stellar!, so far.The creators have much to be desired. Thank you guys, for a quick resolution. The creaters...not so much. You guys or the third party that you guys deal with refunded.The first one , but I still haven't had resolution nor contact on the second one that was originally charged. I don't like the fact of slide a hand.\nThat the original organization pulled on me. If you have to get customers by misinformation or confusion or a triple asterix that you know you wouldn't have your mother fall, then that is, to me, a company that is not standing up on their integrity more like a a borderline scammer , that blames the customer for not reading every single dot and paragraph, because their sales pitch was so d*** deceptive. I don't give the third party player any positive marks.Whatsoever, because they did not do anything in my behalf.I had to do it myself. They were prompt in returning my first overpurchase because of the way they made a sale. But I have already spent so much time and my harder money on something that should have been more clear.And in my opinion , just seems like your targeting vulnerable people. It's a sale by pressure, ma.\nKing , you feel that if you don't do it immediately , you're going to lose so much. Half of the timers and I believe the open slots that you claim you have available or they have available is just a bunch of b*******. I don't , and I think a lot of other people don't appreciate that , and because you go to those tactics, i choose to invest my heart in money elsewhere.

I am still waiting on my refund. I notified my bank that it should be coming through this program. It has been exactly 25 days and it still is not here now. That don't make no sense. It should not take that long to get refunded back to my account. When it only takes you a few minutes to take it. Please refund my funds back to my account. Please, ASAP. It would be greatly appreciated.
