Hanna was very knowledgeable about the entire process. She was VERY patient with me—I had a TON of questions. She was incredibly responsive—even late in the day/after hours.

From top to bottom JVM was professional, patient, caring and engaged. Hannah was my loan officer. She was always responsive and had the approach of a a teacher, walking me through the process. She struck me as genuinely invested in helping see me through the process. Due to extenuating circumstances we had an extremely short close. After seeing all of the work required I honestly can't imagine another loan company as capable. At every step of the way JVM was professional and courteous. I would strongly recommend to anyone thinking about using JVM. Ask for Hannah and Erin, specifically.
