Hey William, I’m sorry to hear your blood pressure readings were higher during the two weeks you were taking the product. Blood pressure can be affected by many factors, so I wouldn’t want to assume what caused the change. I understand why those readings concerned you, and I take what you’ve shared seriously. I’d encourage you to speak with your healthcare professional about the readings and what you’ve been taking. If you’d like to talk with us directly, our team is available at 1-800-588-3666 or [email protected]. We can also explain the return process under our 60-day money-back guarantee. Thank you for giving Juvenon a try, William, and for letting us know how you got on. I’m sorry it wasn’t the experience you hoped for. – Gavin / Juvenon

Hey Edward, thanks for taking the time to share your experience, and I appreciate the effort you put into tracking your results. BloodFlow-7® is loved by thousands of our customers, although individual experiences can vary. It’s also important to note that BloodFlow-7® is not blood pressure medication, and we don’t expect everyone to experience the same results. That’s exactly why we offer a full risk-free 60-day money-back guarantee - if something isn’t right for you, we don’t want you to feel like you’ve wasted your money. Thanks again for giving BloodFlow-7® a try and for sharing such detailed feedback. – Gavin / Juvenon

Hey Christopher, thank you for being with Juvenon for two years and for taking the time to explain what happened. It’s especially disappointing to hear that you had such a positive experience with BloodFlow-7® before the formula change, only to feel so differently afterwards. We take reports like yours seriously, and I’m also sorry that your experience with our customer service left you feeling unheard. That’s not how we want long-standing customers to feel. BloodFlow-7® is our most popular product and is trusted by thousands of customers, but we know that no product will suit everyone in exactly the same way. That’s one of the reasons we back orders with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Thank you again for your loyalty over the years and for sharing such detailed feedback. Comments like this are invaluable to us and if we can serve you again in the future - please reach out. – Gavin / Juvenon

Hey Michael, thanks for sharing your experience. I’m sorry the customs charge came as such a shock. For international orders, duties and import fees are set by the destination country, so unfortunately they’re outside our control. We declare the order value based on the shipment details, rather than choosing the customs charge ourselves. That said, I completely understand how frustrating it is to be hit with an unexpected fee after placing an order. Thanks again for giving Juvenon a try and for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m sorry we can’t avoid or circumvent customs charges on international shipments. – Gavin / Juvenon

Hey MI Salyani, thanks for sharing what happened. I’m sorry this turned into such a frustrating experience. If an order is canceled, then appears to go missing in the process, I can understand why you’d expect a quick answer rather than more waiting but sometimes our team does need to investigate before reshipping or refunding an order - particularly where payment, fulfillment and tracking information don’t match up. Having said that, I fully appreciate that doesn’t make the experience any less frustrating from your side. Thanks again for giving Juvenon a try and for taking the time to leave your feedback. – Gavin / Juvenon
