JustCall.ioReviews of justcall.io

Engineering team works hard for integration and feature updates. We were using Justcall and just few months back they launched the Active campaign integration. The integration is working smoothly. SMS/texting automation from Activecampaign using Justcall is really helpful for my team and has increased our convsersion (from lead to customer). Voicemail drop is a good feature. I can also monitor current calls with co-workers for training purposes. The auto dialer feature is useful when trying to get in contact with clients who have been hard to get in reach.

Poor quality calls Poor quality design - text overlaps when moving shrinking windows. Lack of features. Comparatively way too expensive.

There service is truly impressive! New innovating product. They are responsive as you possibly can be. Love the technology and I believe with their roadmap it will only get better.

Excellent customer service. This software is user-friendly.

Connecting for Help, and replies to issues is easy, and are always handled quickly which is great and very valuable.

The app is straight forward, and very easy to use. Integrates well with Slack, and the support team is always available to assist. Not to mention, it's very affordable - and has been really reliable. When we've requested new features, Santa and Prabhat have worked towards providing those to us. Good going!

Justcall and Salesforce integration works seemlessly (the fastest compared to other solutions). The tech support for the integration seem to handle the expertise pretty well.

Compared to our previous cloud telephony solution, we have much more features as well as a lower cost structure. Justcall provides a better customer experience and helps us scale our internal service team more efficiently. Prateek is really a great help whenever we get struck on any customization.
