I am very new to private lending and enjoyed the comprehensive nature of the material. The course took you through the reason for private lending, understanding the language, evaluating borrowers and deals, to closing the deal and beyond. It is all the stuff you need without the fluff. Thank you again Dave, Josh, Blake and the crew

I learned so much this weekend about lending money and how not to lose it by lending to bad deals. I also learned why a lender wants so much information when taking a loan for a flip. I feel the Stech family truly want to help others.

the product concept is great as looking at it from the backpack business. Also loved the format of combined recorded sessions with combination of qa sessions in there. Amazing way to learn great new skill set. As always, Josh, Blake and Dave are wonderful presenters and wealth of knowledge is incredible. Above all, I value your commitment to your family and time spend on this.

Wow! I was interested in private lending BEFORE attending the Just Be the Bank workshop but came away from this great experience fully committed to using this as an investment tool. Just Be the Bank has taken all of the guesswork out of the process which allowed me to feel very comfortable with the concepts and processes. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in making money on their own money.

This is one of the best workshops I have ever attended. There is an enormous amount of material but it is organized and presented thoughtfully and thoroughly. Dave, Josh and Blake have been through the trenches and generously share the hard lessons they've learned over the years. It was truly an amazing weekend and I feel inspired and more confident as a result. Awesome!!

What an incredible, unexpectedly profound and potentially life changing workshop that I attended this past weekend.
