Customer service is non-existent. Don't respond to tickets, generally crap.

I've been trying to reach a person for three weeks to get my payout and I've only received an email back once but the money still isn't in my account. This App sucks

This app was great until I tried to submit a request for points that didn't get counted. Then they just wouldn't answer me. Submitted request after request that timed out. They have no customer service.
