Hi, Kathleen! Thank you for leaving a review with your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you and your family had a negative experience at our event. For ages 2 to 10, you choose between the Kids Standard Admission Ticket or the Kids Ultimate Admission Ticket. The Kids Ultimate Admission Ticket includes unlimited turns on dinosaur rides, dino inflatables, fossil digs, and one visit to the excavation station! Included in the Kids Standard Admission Ticket is the Dino Exhibit, Raptor Training Experience, Baby Dinos, Crafts Station, and The Quest. The Quest is an interactive adventure inside of Jurassic Quest. Simply pick up a brochure at the entrance and follow ten clues to the “Quest Spot” signs. Once you finish all the activities, collect a prize at the end - Ready, Set, Quest! We set a high standard for ourselves, and your feedback helps us improve our event. We appreciate your feedback on your experience. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future.
