I got some money back right away and then some more the next day. Yay! I was a little disappointed when I couldn't submit basic Southwest tickets. I mean I paid for the ticket so not sure why it is different. But, I'll take any kickbacks I can get!

Thanks for the review. Basic tickets are not eligible for savings on any airline. This isn’t a Junova policy - this is a decision each airline makes on their own.

Saved me $1300 on my first flight. Service is fantastic - they are really responsive to questions and concerns. My only challenge has been feeling not in control of my itinerary. I think there is maybe more they could do to communicate how they work to assure customers. Everything has worked out just fine, there have just been some discrepancies with what the airline communicates (ex. airline said I'd lost my seat assignment but Junova assured me they maintain seat assignments and even followed up with airline to confirm.) So I've been really happy with the results, but had some anxious moments when it looked like things had changed unintentionally. Overall would definitely recommend!

Thanks for the review - we wish all the airlines had clear communication and clear policies but we try to do the best we can inside these constraints.
Easy to use and I saved $96. I did not receive an e mail from the airline to confirm, but did finally find my flight credit in my account.

Thanks for the note, and we're really happy we could get you savings! Unfortunately, we can't control which emails the airlines send you or which get through spam filters, but it's good to know our email got through and you received your savings!
UPDATE: I’m increasing my rating because I reached out to the CEO of Junova, who inactivated the tracking of my flight for me and stated that they will ensure that the glitch that happened in my case won’t happen again. I do think that clear instructions on how to stop flight tracking from your dashboard, and how to contact customer service, should be available on the website. But I am grateful for their help in this instance. ******** I received an email from Junova that they had rebooked my flight and saved me money, but when I went in to look, they had rebooked me on a different flight! It was at a much more inconvenient time, so of course it saved money. I had to scramble to rebook my original flight (and that of my companion, because it was on Southwest), which took a lot of time and was stressful, and there is no way to contact Junova customer service or even to get them to stop tracking this flight. I can't have them constantly rebooking this trip on inappropriate flights up until the day of departure - my having to repeatedly rebook will cost me much more money and grey hair in the long run. Please Junova, tell me how to contact you and stop this!

In this case, WE did not change it, but we did accept a savings that was offered without understanding it would change the flight. We are glad you got back on your original flight and apologize again for this error. We changed protocols to ensure this doesn't ever happen again.
