My appointment was today by 2pm, email confirmation was sent to me several times, including this morning. It's now 6:40pm. No call, no show. My car is still sitting outside, my voice mail not returned. Pretty unhappy to say the least.

The pickup went as described by the purchaser. Someone called from JunkCarMedics and confirmed the pickup details and the tow driver called when he was nearby. He was respectful of our property, traded the signed title an keys for our payment check and was on his way within 15 minutes or so.
