I stayed in June homes in December of 2023 for a little bit more than a month. It was an easy and straightforward experience. June homes has the lowest prices for a still quality enough room and building.

I had a wonderful experience renting a space at June Apartments in Roxbury! The apartment was impeccably clean and nicely furnished, making it feel like home right away. The roommate was friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere. What stood out the most was the seamless application and moving process – it was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I highly recommend June Apartments to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable living space in the area!

Great location, amenities, and quality. Near everything and the room was spacious and comfortable. Apartment had everything I needed. Very close to the Greenland so easy to get around Boston.

I wish I read reviews before I booked my place with June Homes!!! DO NOT TRUST their seemingly trustworthy exterior. I rented a unit from them sight unseen because I was abroad and needed a place to stay when I arrived in NYC. Out of all the options I chose June and that was A BIG MISTAKE. There is NO HEAT, the oven is broken and LEAKS GAS when turned on, the apartment was FILTHY when I moved in, and when I arrived there was NO KEY in the lock box I was lucky enough to meet kind neighbors that helped me out, but June Homes has done NOTHING to help me gain access to my key. Since then I placed the key in the lockbox for easy access only to get locked out of my lockbox and now I'm left without a key AGAIN. THE HELPLINE IS USELESS!!! I have submitted multiple tickets regarding all the issues I am having, and all I've been getting is "We are escalating your ticket right now" all week. No one came to get the key out of the lockbox, no one came to fix the heat or provide space heaters as stated in the agreement, and no one came to fix the oven. This has been THE WORST housing experience I've had in NYC so far. I was better off subletting from random strangers on the internet.

Response from June Homes· Jan 20, 2026
Hi Aisulu, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry that your move-in and early days in the home were so stressful and did not meet expectations. When access, heating, appliance, and cleaning concerns were raised, our teams did engage through emergency support, ongoing communication, and on-site visits to work through each issue and restore access and essential services. We recognize, however, that the timing and coordination of these efforts did not feel reliable or reassuring, and we understand how frustrating that can be, especially during a move-in period. We regret the impact this experience had on you. While we can’t discuss account-specific details publicly, feedback like this is reviewed internally to improve responsiveness, accuracy of listings, and move-in readiness. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective.
