JUKI is JUNKY. Poor quality and HORRIBLE support
Spent almost $2k on a new Juki quilting sewing machine for my wife. Foot pedal failed about 10 days after purchase. Selling dealer said warranty work had to be handled by Juki. Took 3 months for Juki to respond and replace the foot pedal. Now the replacement has failed and JUKI is not responding to inquiries.
